Quality, stable, poly-cotton bias binding. Boasting a double fold construction with 1.5cm seam allowance folded to the centre of the reverse.
This extremely useful, hard-wearing bias is the perfect width ( 3cm from folded edge to opposite folded edge) resulting in 1.5cm deep finished bias when applied to enclose a plethora of raw edge projects.
Bias binding can be used for a multitude of sewing and craft projects, ideal for creating a neat finish to raw edges on everything from quilts to placemats, oven gloves, dog coats and so much more. Bias binding is ideal for applying to curved edges because the bias cut enables the fabric to bend and ease around curved edges without puckering. Also ideal for using to enclose plain white piping cord to add a colourful accented edge to cushions and detail to raglan seams, collars cuffs and pyjama pocket tops.
