100% man made coating. Although this fabric is not made from natural fibres, it is however the perfect choice for heavy outerwear and soft furnishing projects. A figured double or Blister cloth woven with a fluffy Chenille-like yarn and a very fine metallic thread which creates a striking and textured fabric. A multi-toned floral pattern with a large repeat, you can use this fabric in many ways.
The flower shapes woven into the fabric are rather like pansies. Due to the Blister-like construction of the cloth it creates a lavish sumptuous appearance. The Metallic Pansy Chenille is soft and with a good handle (i.e. no stretch) only on the bias. The best uses if you're searching for garment ideas are coats, capes and jackets. A chic interiors scheme with a large and extravagant pattern would add that element of flair to your styling - cushions, curtains and throws are ideal.
