This soft silky and drapey polyester dress weight fabric in classic black with subtle white polka dots has the cutest addition of tiny hot pink envelope like shapes. Billet Doux, (French for love letters), is a superb feminine fabric with a definite retro vibe. This will make excellent 1940s tea dresses as well as bang up to date feminine ensembles.
Closely woven with a strong and stable width and lengthwise handle, good bias stretch and movement, with a stunning fluid and weighty drape.
