This exceptional, finely woven, wool meltonette jacketing fabric has a clever bonded coating adhered to its reverse.
Seriously Soft Navy - Bonded Meltonette is one of those ingenious fabrics where tradition meets technology. All the usual wonderful features of finely woven, all wool - lightweight melton, such as soft drape, cosy brushed feel, stable handle and close hard-wearing weave construction are collectively arranged in this classic navy fabric.
The clever technological bonded backing is added to the super soft meltonette to create a fabric that is even more hard-wearing, wool is of course naturally water repellent and temperature regulating. The bonded layer is also windproof and anti-slip which means the lining of your tailored jackets won't bag and show where they shouldn't and your stylish medium weight jacket will keep out those chilly breezes too.
Seriously Soft Navy - Bonded Meltonette will of course make stylish jackets and blazers. It will also make first-rate overcoats, bomber jackets and pea coat styles for both men's and women's fashions.
