Properties:

Blue Topaz boasts a wonderful 2-way stretch (width and bias). The fabric is reassuringly weighty producing a luxurious and bouncy drape where required. 

Blue Topaz is cleverly created by stitching rows of interlocking (3mm) sequins onto a super stretchy power mesh base fabric, there are selvedges of 14cm and 11cm on the linear edges. which is excellent for utilising areas where you may wish to customise or for hems.
