Introduction:
Sandstone - Linen-Look Polyester & Cotton is the perfect fabric for creating key pieces for your spring /summer wardrobe. This chic fabric has the look and feel of linen but is actually a hard-wearing poly-cotton blend.
Colour:
Classic warm sandstone hues abound in this solid-coloured fabric. Perfect for hardwearing separates or stand-alone pieces you can easily mix and match with other colours and tones.
Properties:
Sandstone is closely woven with superfine polyester filaments across the warp - (producing a super strong base) and a lighter hue on the reverse. Highly twisted, lightly slubby cotton yarns are woven throughout the weft producing a silky semi-lustrous appearance with lightly textured characteristics of linen.
The polyester base of this fabric makes it very hardwearing and easy to care for, less prone to creases than conventional linen. a lightweight but certainly not flimsy, stable hand and elegant drape quality make this fabric a great all-rounder suitable for a multitude of styles.
