Caring for Merino Wool:
We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing merino wool in cool or lukewarm water with a gentle wool detergent. Many merino pieces can also be machine-washed on a cold, delicate cycle, but always avoid high heat or heavy agitation to prevent shrinking or felting. After washing, reshape the item and lay it flat to dry - never wring or tumble dry.
Store merino folded in a cool, dry place, as hanging can cause it to stretch over time. Between wears, simply air it out or give it a light steam to release creases and revive the fibres. With the right care, merino wool stays soft, breathable, and beautifully resilient season after season.

Items must be unused and in same original condition as which they were sent. ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ items are non-returnable. Return postage is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method promptly. If your original order qualified for free shipping and the returned items take your original order value below the free shipping threshold then a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
