We recommend dry cleaning or gently hand washing natural fibres in cool water with a mild wool detergent, opt for professional dry cleaning if you prefer a completely risk-free approach. Avoid heat and agitation, as these can cause shrinking or felting. After washing, reshape your scarf and lay it flat to dry, never wring or tumble dry.
Store folded in a cool, dry place to help it keep its shape, and avoid hanging for long periods. To freshen between wears, simply let it air out or use a light steam to remove creases. With thoughtful care, you'll be able to retain its natural softness, warmth, and durability season after season.
Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning. Items must be unused and in same original condition as which they were sent. ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ items are non-returnable. Return postage is your responsibility.
