Lightning Chevrons Jacquard Challis is a light suit weight challis style cashmere. This striking yet understatedly luxurious fabric, in a classic monochrome palette, has been created from super fine natural white yarns on the warp and black weft yarns, woven in a complex jacquard design of layered horizontal chevrons striking through the width of the fabric, giving the impression of electrically charged lightning bolts, the background appearing as a striated grey hue, featuring chevrons of a graphite grey tone.

Colours:
Monochrome shades of dark graphite and paler striated grey. The natural white warp is slightly more beige than on the 3.1m length, giving a very subtle, warmer tone all over.
Properties:
The close construction of this superfine weave means this fabric is stable, and possesses an elegant draping quality, with a soft, smooth and silky feel. It also means that it is crease resistant.
Suggested Uses:
This 2.7 metre length is enough for a dress, shirt dress, tunic, skirt or pashmina style scarves and wraps, or even large, lightweight throws. Combine with the 3.1 metre length and full skirted dresses and lightweight coats are also an option.
