These ex-designer, texturally detailed furnishing fabrics are created from a luxury blend of wool and nylon, which makes them the perfect choice for your furnishing needs. These hardwearing and stylish bouclé's have interesting texture and a horizontal ribbed effect.
Texture: A superbly textured, predominantly wool and minimal nylon furnishing fabric with the characteristic feel of a closely woven wool-blend. This is hardwearing with an even texture of repeating horizontal bouclé bands sitting on the surface (akin to furrows on a ploughed field). The reverse is less textured, the bouclé bobbles only show on the face side.
Handle: Stable in the width and lengthwise, with a slight bias ease. These fabrics are designed to be hard-wearing and long lasting.
Drape: A heavy drape quality can be achieved when using this fabric at length, however the structure of this fabric lends itself much better to furnishing and upholstery projects.
