This amazing bonded nylon and faux shearling fabric was originally used by a top British design company, so you know that the luxury factor is most definitely present. Dark navy, silky (almost taffeta-like) nylon is backed with the softest black faux shearling. The combination of the two fabrics bonded together creates a fabric that is thick and cosy, has excellent body and is malleable but with structure.
Black Sheep is perfect for semi structured garments such as cocoon coats, boxy jackets, biker style jackets and gilets. As you get two fabrics in one you can be super creative in your makes. This fabulous winter fabric will make practical bags, cosy hats and caps too, or what about some bootee style slippers.
Does your four legged friend need a new winter coat? If so Black Sheep will make cosy coats that will wipe clean. This fabric is not shower proof, but will certainly keep the elements out.
