I’ve changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, make sure that you contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed and dispatched we cannot alter/cancel your order. Make sure that you alert us as soon after completing your order as you can and we will try to agree to a solution. Can I return the fabric if I don’t like it?

Fabworks does not offer refunds unless the goods are faulty or have been mis-sold. All our fabric is cut to order. We strongly recommend that you order a sample (12cm x 20cm) before ordering a cut length just to make sure that the fabric is what you think. If you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
