Ugandan Dark Choc is a premium quality cotton interlock, a medium-weight double jersey with a fine gauge close-knit, finely ribbed construction.

This deliciously dark, chocolate brown with red orange undertones, solid-coloured fabric is perfect to use as the main feature, or for smaller accents and details on your bespoke made clothing.

This fabric is very similar to Columbian Dark Choc in colour but slightly lighter in tone.

Boasting a drapey mediumweight handle, super soft texture and an almost brushed finish, this malleable and cosy interlock jersey has a good natural widthwise stretch of 30-40% and 10% stretch to the length. This cotton interlock is the ultimate in comfort as well as being breathable and absorbent.

Interlocks are the ideal fabric for people who want to start experimenting with jersey/stretch fabrics, as they're more stable and versatile than single jerseys.

Garment Suggestions:

Use Ugandan Dark Choc for a multitude of comfortable clothing and your favourite go-to garments. It's ideal for loungewear, pyjamas & night dresses, as well as vests, T-shirts & T-shirt dresses. Cardigans and cardigan styles will work excellently, as will roll-neck tops, skirts, summer dresses and infinity scarves. Just about anything that you'd want to wrap yourself up in!

Commonly used for baby clothing because it is kind and gentle on delicate skin types. Create baby grows, rompers, blankets, hats and accessories for children, with plenty of growing room!
