This delightful Yorkshire Tweed is 99% perfect; however, every now and then, you may notice lighter weave lines running through the fabric. Thanks to the nature of the design, these subtle variations are easily overlooked. With thoughtful pattern placement and a little planning, this tweed will transform beautifully into timeless wardrobe favourites.

This delightful Yorkshire Tweed boasts a creative combination of yarns. The subtle pairing of melange weft yarns, in sunset gold and tawny grey-brown, sits perfectly alongside complementary warp yarns of charcoal brown, alternating with a heathered grey melange yarn. Properties:
Milltown Sunset is woven in a cobblestone weave. This closely woven versatile fabric with a medium weight and a gentle woolly feel that boasts a stable handle and drape to be trusted to form pretty gathers. The almost stepped variation of a twill/birdseye weave resembles closely paved cobblestones. Perfect for a plethora of sewing room projects. Yorkshire Wool Tweeds always do as they are told. Wool of this kind is easy to sew and will stand the test of time.
