Artistic Botanical Haze (Autumn Fire) is a maximalist design, packed with an exuberance of frothy Victorian-style florals in painterly yet obscured (almost dry brushed or scumbled-smudged) style.
Lovers of rich colour palettes, the natural world and striking maximalist design will be delighted by this bold arty print. The painterly style depicts favourite floral blooms from dainty yet dark and moody Auriculas (meaning Painting) to overblown Roses, Camelias and Tulips
A rich and dark blue-black background adds moody drama to a palette of firey autumn hues of copper, dusky peach, gold, russet, antique silver, indigo blue and sage green foliage. Team this lavish creation with similarly autumn-hued solid velvets for a coordinated style.
Properties:
This luxurious, super soft, stable velvet boasts a short-medium pile with the soft touch of silk-like moleskin and subtle sheen. A reassuring sturdy backing provides practical yet luxurious style opportunities.
This is a heavier weight than the other velvets in the collection of Deluxe Velvet Fabrics, and features a coated and sturdier backing which makes it more suited (but not exclusively) for upholstery projects.
