Perfect Pearl is a heavyweight bridal satin fabric that features a light texture within its lustrous sateen sheen on both sides. Clever weaving techniques produce heavyweight malleable, yet dense, extremely stable and low slip. The high concentration of fine, predominantly mercerised cotton, fibres used to create this stunner is what gives such a high GSM.
This fabric may be a cotton blend but it has the look and feel of luminous silk. The dense quality allows for structured creations with fit and flare details, think classic '50s style fit and flare, peplums or contemporary boxy shoulders.
