Lady Kristina - Liberty Regent Silk Chiffon is another exquisite lightweight and diaphanous silk fabric from Liberty Fabrics Silk Collection. "Lady Kristina Liberty print has been adapted from an archive document within a series of exquisite hand-painted artworks created for Liberty London in the 1920s and '30s. These sumptuous tree of life designs were used for various textiles including cushions, throws and kimonos. This print embodies the cinema room in the Cabinet House and was suitably selected for the collection by celebrated actor, Sir Roger Moore".

Lady Kristina has a feather-weight, translucent drapey handle that's both airy and breathable. It will form superfine gathers and pintucks, perfect for feminine puffed sleeves and ruffled details. It has good stability both width and lengthwise and plenty of bias movement, as characteristic of such fine silky fabrics. We recommend using French seams for added strength and a flawless finish.
The dark and romantic tones of black, forest greens, blood reds gold and umber give this fabric a true luxe style that will never date. Sweet goldfinches hop from the branches of climbing roses, blousy tulips and cherry blossom sprigs to form a seriously stylish and classic floral style.
