A sublimely sartorial, soft 100% Merino twill woven with the characteristic diagonal lines of the twill weave appearing 3mm apart. This versatile medium-weight wool tweed with a cosy brushed feel has a malleable drapey medium-heavy weight handle; stable lengthwise and with a natural widthwise ease. Perfect for a host of tailoring and dressmaking purposes as well as soft furnishings and crafts too!

Soft and drapey wool that is a pleasure to sew and wear! I made a long coat, lined with a viscose twill. The wool isn't very thick, so not a deep winter fabric, but it's warm and comfortable.
This fabric looks just right for the most ambitious sewing project I am planning to tackle to date - a smart/casual suit for my husband (Vogue Pattern: Advanced)!
