After The Storm - Mist Grey is a versatile slubby & finely woven suiting fabric made from a hard-wearing mixture of cotton and nylon superfine bouclé yarns which produce an interesting textural detail to this strong and stable fabric. This excellent fabric also boasts a soft, mediumweight drape too and slight bias stretch.
The clever yarn combination of natural white and the bouclé yarn in black produces a versatile light mid-grey. Grey-toned fabrics are the mainstay of most peoples’ wardrobes, this versatile tone works perfectly with most other colours. Team up with classic blacks and whites for super-smart work-wear or use as a grounding colour and team up with vibrant shades such as mustard or burnt orange.
Go ahead and fashion yourself fabulously smart and versatile pieces of clothing such as jackets and trousers. After The Storm will look excellent for slim-fit suits with sharp silhouettes.
Neat skirts, pencils, tulip, wrap and pleated will all look superb. You'll find it’s also perfect for fitted sheath dresses and wiggle or pencil dresses. Imagine striking a '50s silhouette with figure-hugging lines and full-fan pleated details to the back.
