This excellent mid-grey, ripstop nylon fabric is a superb utility-style battleship grey hue, like blustery grey skies on autumnal days. Grey tones go with everything making this the ideal hue to create useful throw-on outerwear, perfect for popping over a woolly jumper for lighter layers.
Properties:
Blustery Grey is stable and crisp the woven grid, a characteristic of ripstop fabrics, stops potential snags in the fabric from tearing further. The close weave has windproof properties making it perfect for creating simple pop-over cagoule-style tops to keep out the wind.
Garment Suggestions:
Ideal to wear over the top of a wool jumper on autumn days. This versatile fabric will make all manner of sports-type garments and is strong and windproof, but not showerproof.
