There's a timeless style to tartans and plaids. Perennial favourites of the fabric world and even more so when woven in easy-on-the-eye palettes of classic hues.

Earth and Midnight Plaid is a linen and poly-cotton blend.  Woven in natural earthy brown, deep midnight blue and fresh white like moonlight shining over ploughed fields. This perfect ensemble is ideal for both classic, retro and high-fashion garments. Plaid is not a fad and tartan is timeless!

Earth and Midnight Plaid has the look of crisp medium-weight Linen but is woven from a blend of hard-wearing poly-cotton yarn perfect for hard-wearing clothing and homewares, boasting a soft, crisp feel, stable hand and reassuring medium-heavy drape quality when used in longer lengths.

I bought a bunch of samples and this is one of them. Fabric is tough and sturdy feeling, would suit great a medium-heavy jacket or overshirt. I liked 'Guiding Light' a bit more so opted for that but this looks nice too. Fabworks great in communications and queries, would happily recommend to others. Cheers! :P
