If you are an avid maker of heavier-weight knitted garments, this Heavy Duty Soft Cotton Cuffing is an absolute must.

Available in two of the most popular and versatile tones see also **Heavy Duty Cotton - Black **. Our Heavy Duty Soft Cotton Cuffing - Grey Marl is knitted in a tubular fashion from a yarn with a high cotton content (75%) and blended with polyester and super stretch elastane for a comfortable and close fit to your cuffs, roll necks, hip bands, etc.. The 75% cotton content alongside the 20% polyester and 5% elastane make for a hard-wearing cuffing fabric that is strong and durable, heavyweight with excellent retentive stretch across the width, and slight ease lengthwise.

Ideal for heavier-weight knits such as sweatshirt fabric, french terry, neoprene, and coated and bonded knits. You can also use this alongside heavier weight woollens for cosy cuffs on bomber jackets and blouson-style jackets. Add this to your fabric inventory as a must-have, alongside other important sewing room necessities.

Fabric Fabric
Heavy ribbing

I ordered the sample as struggled to find heavy duty ribbing / cuffing fabric. The weight is great, very thick and look good. I’m just not sure if the colour is the right match for the main fabric that I have.
