At Fabworks Mill Shop, we embrace all things fabric-related. If you have experience in retail and a knack for inspiring others, we want to hear from you! Help our customers find the perfect materials for their next projects, while sharing your expertise.

Essential Criteria:

• Fabric friendly – comfortable cutting & handling a variety of fabrics
• Retail experience in a physical customer-facing environment
• Fit & healthy – lifting & carrying rolls of fabric (up to 20kg), climbing ladders, and happy to stand for the duration of your working day
• Great customer service skills – communicating & listening
• Reliable, trustworthy & honest

Position Details:

• Flexible hours 9-4 (full day) or 11-3 (part day)
• Minimum 2 days per week, plus alternate Saturdays
• This job requires you to work at Fabworks Mill Shop’s physical outlet (WF13 1EN)
• You will earn the National Living Wage + receive staff discount on all fabrics
