This collection was launched in August 2025, and has very limited availability of 20-30m of each fabric available in total!

Perfectly Imperfect Notice:
This cloth was saved from a West Yorkshire woollen manufacturer, where it would otherwise have been destroyed. Rescuing good cloth from waste is what Fabworks is for. This piece carries nipped creases along the selvedge. They sit at the very edge of the cloth and can usually be avoided altogether by keeping pattern pieces clear of the selvedge, although this does reduce the usable width. Allow a little extra length when buying. It is offered at a reduced price for this reason. We strongly advise ordering a sample, or a 0.5m Cut Length, to inspect the cloth in detail before committing to a project. Regimental Blue is woven with timeless combed, darkest midnight navy wool and polyester blended yarns that produce a seriously stylish classic hue. Navy tones are perennial favourites, super smart and so versatile, perfect for those who find black too harsh.
Properties:
Regimental Blue boasts a close flat matte weave. Wool blend fabrics of this quality are hard wearing and crease resistant, yet comfortably warm. Tailored pieces will benefit from a quality lining. Stable in hand and reassuringly drapey.
