This delicately striped cotton poplin shirting has fine hairline stripes interspersed with pinstripes in white and a softly faded grey.
Fade To Grey is a crisp lightweight fabric with a strong and stable handle and a slightly ridged finish. It has a really delicate appearance and a muted vintage vibe - excellent for historical costumes such as high necked Edwardian or steam punk blouses with fine pin tucks and gathers, or collarless shirts for men.
Other uses: classic men's shirts, women's blouses; children's shorts, dungarees and dresses; pyjamas. Also soft furnishing projects such as pillow cases and softly gathered curtains.
