This 76 centimetre wide by 3.2 metres long wool and cashmere double cloth piece remnant is woven in a classic super fine twill and in a double cloth construction where on the face side a block cheque meets plaid features a palette of moody blue grey, soft dried leaf, nature beiges, muted algae greens and berry wine and rich brown tones where the yarns merge and intersect.
The reverse features broad horizontal bands of approximately 19 centimetres in hues of deep plummy wine conquer red brown and hazy muted melange tones of all the colours together.
Brambles double cloth block cheque and banded striped fabric is dense and of a medium heavy weight, stable and will only drape at length.
From this 76 centimetre wide 3.2 metre long piece.
You can get creative.
And perhaps create.
Worker style jacket with contrasting pockets, a gilet or even a simple poncho wrap using both sides of the fabric to create contrasting detailing.
This fabric's dense and will fray but minimally will be cosy and warm and is perfect for cushions, home furnishings, semi structured hats and particularly useful for bag making.
