As its name suggests, Silken Walnut boasts a beautifully glossy dark brown hue like finely polished walnut furniture. This is a subtle alternative to your usual black and navy and has a chic boho style.
Properties:
At first touch, this fabric feels slightly crisp but its superfine weave and yarns produce a diaphanous light and soft drape quality. This glossy, silken beauty has fine striations (visible throughout the transparent weave) and no slubs but a cool, breathable, absorbent, pleasing linen hand. this lightweight voile-type linen will form fine pleats tucks and gathers with semi-structured body and fullness akin to organdie.
NB: This fabric will hold crisp details but may soften when washed.
