Pastel Lime - Supersoft Single Jersey this vibrant, colour-infused, cotton single jersey is ideal for teaming with others from the range to create fun, colour-blocked creations for feel-good styles as sweet as tropical cocktails and Key Lime pie.
Perfectly Imperfect Notice:
This fresh and uplifting Pastel Lime – Supersoft Single Jersey came to us with some minor imperfections caused during storage. The fabric was folded on a bolt board, resulting in pressure marks along the centre fold line. These marks have slightly affected the consistency of the colour in this area, creating subtle tonal variations where the fabric has been under pressure.
We've examined this fabric closely, and it is simply perfectly imperfect; it is still seriously serviceable and ideal for a host of comfortable clothing styles. The imperfection appears along the centre fold of the fabric and is visible as a faint line where the colouring has been slightly distorted.
In true Fabworks fashion, we don't put our name to something we wouldn't be happy with ourselves. Whilst we've chosen to highlight this fault, it does not affect the fabric's beautifully soft handle, stretch or performance. This fabric is still absolutely perfect for a wide range of dressmaking projects, with a minor cosmetic imperfection that many makers will find easy to work around.

This juicy Pastel Lime hued fabric is the colour of those sweet shop treats chocolate limes and many other candy-hued childhood favourites!
Properties:
Boasting a soft comfortable almost brushed feel, good retentive stretch, width-wise 20% thanks to a little added elastane and natural ease down the length. Pastel Lime is lightweight but has good opacity and a soft drape that will form pretty gathers and ruffles. This summery cotton jersey feels relaxed and comfortable to touch and will feel great next to the skin.
Garment Suggestions:
Single jersey fabrics are ideal for creating easy wear, easy-care, quick-make garments for the whole family; such as T-shirts, vests, camisoles, simple T-shirt dresses, and shirred bodice summer dresses add some pretty ruffles for added impact. Utilise the soft drape quality and create blouse-like Dolman sleeved tops, with deep gathered cuffs for a retro style. Twist and knot detail tops are flattering and perfect styles to make in this soft cotton jersey.
