We recommend gently hand washing lambswool in cool water with a mild wool detergent, or opting for professional dry cleaning if you prefer a completely risk-free approach. Avoid heat and agitation, as these can cause shrinking or felting. After washing, reshape your scarf and lay it flat to dry, never wring or tumble dry.
Store your lambswool folded in a cool, dry place to help it keep its shape, and avoid hanging for long periods. To freshen between wears, simply let it air out or use a light steam to remove creases. Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning. Items must be unused and in same original condition as which they were sent. ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ items are non-returnable. Return postage is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method promptly. If your original order qualified for free shipping and the returned items take your original order value below the free shipping threshold then a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
