Fabulous fabric - highly recomended

This is the Sagebrush Top by Friday Pattern Company using this lovely quality viscose crepe fabric.
Having already worn this top during a humid afternoon, walking between drinking establishments, I can vouch for it feeling light and airy.
It has a slight stretch to it so needs handling carefully to prevent stretching out but the Sagebrush top instructions include for stay stitching around the neckline, so that takes care of that.
I've had loads of compliments wearing it.

Butterfly, flutterby, not for beginners

I was disappointed in this fabric as it is the first fabric I have ever purchased from Fabworks in 20 odd years that I have disliked. It was very difficult to handle, soon stretching out of shape, but it looks lovely in the finished garment, which thankfully was a relatively simple pregnancy top with lots of drape.

Beautiful

I'm in the middle of making the Wildergown by Friday Pattern Company in this and it has the most beautiful drape! It's nice to work with and is lovely and feminine making it perfect for floaty dresses for Summer - Donna
